Pleasant and accommodating staff and quaint accommodation. Functional and fashionable unit with a sophisticated decor. Smooth check-in and excellent service. Smooth check out. Fantastic setting, really close to center as well as a park along an extension of the Charles.

The staff was simply amazing. I had invited a friend of mine to stay with me at the hotel and she had some work and family issues that made it difficult to predict when she would arrive. The staff allowed me to leave an extra key card at the desk, and made her feel welcome when she did finally arrive.The coffee in the morning and the wine reception in the evening were a welcome perk.Every one was very welcoming and warm as we came and went throughout our two days there.I have never had a better experience staying in a hotel. I will book a room here whenever I need to stay in Boston.
No everything was wonderful, could not have been better.

Good service, great linens and bed so I can sleep, coffee, wine, comfort. We usually use the hotel's mountain bikes but weather did not allow for a bike ride around the Charles this trip.

The hotel was beautiful; rooms / bed / bedding amazingly comfortable; cabs readily available with friendly door staff; right around the corner from the mall/CVS for quick items you may have forgotten; staff very friendly and helpful.
Would have liked to see the bar open later. Also, maybe some continental breakfast type items available with the morning coffee and afternoon tea.

The location was excellent, around 4-6 minutes walk from an urban shopping center. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. Booked a room with free goodies.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We paddled along the Charles River Canal on complimentary kayaks and enjoyed city vibes while catching up. The staff was super helpful. Don't miss out on the in-room yoga, it's a great way to unwind after a long day out!
I had an issue with the shower not working and had to wait a while for maintenance to fix it. It was a bit frustrating.
